I started Women’s Forum in September 2009 to help Azerbaijani women find their talent and power of self-expression.

For many the personal stories that we published became a source of truth and courage. Today Women’s Forum has a network of over 50 contributors. Each one of us shares her knowledge and experience to build a better future for women and minorities in line with the UN Millennium Development Goals. We succeed by working together, supporting each other in every effort, and learning to take risks in life.

In 2011 we need your help to keep the social mission of Women’s Forum alive. We can transform the website into a purely commercial project, with banner advertisements and advertorials but this is not what Women’s Forum is about. We want to preserve this space as we know it – free of censorship and open to diverse opinions.
